Team India has left for Japan under the leadership of Shreyas Iyer. The Indian men’s cricket team boarded a flight from New Delhi to Japan. First, the Indian team has to play a T20I match with the Japanese cricket team on 22 September. Then after that the Asian Games matches will be played, which will start from 28th September. Three more bowlers have also been included in the Indian team for the Japan tour.

We are talking about fast bowler Rasikh Salaam Dar from Jammu and Kashmir, Vicky Ostwal from Maharashtra and fast bowler Karthik Tyagi from Uttar Pradesh. These three bowlers have been included in Team India as net bowlers and taken to Japan. Meaning he will not be a part of the main squad of the Indian men’s cricket team.
Team India’s plan after reaching Japan
The Indian men’s cricket team will practice in Japan at the Sano International Stadium on September 21. Then it will play against the Japanese cricket team on 22 September. This match is being played to mark the completion of 75 years of diplomatic friendship between India and Japan. After this match, the Indian team will stay in Sano for the next few days and then leave for Nagoya, where it has to play its first match on September 28.

3 bowlers will work as net bowlers for Team India
Meaning, Team India will stay in Sano and prepare for the Asian Games. To sharpen those preparations, 3 more bowlers have been added separately to the team. After the departure of Nitish Kumar Reddy, only 14 members are left in the main team of Indian men’s cricket. Nitish Reddy, who was earlier a part of Team India in the Asian Games, has been removed from there and selected for the home ODI series against West Indies.
