A very gruesome case has come to light in Narayanpur village of Barkheda police station area of Pilibhit district of Uttar Pradesh. Here, the bullies attacked and killed 70 year old shopkeeper Shripal with a hoe when he refused to lend the goods.
According to the information received from the police, a youth named Sunil Kumar had come to Shripal’s shop on Tuesday night to buy goods and he demanded the goods on loan. The elderly shopkeeper clearly refused to lend the goods citing old loan outstanding, which led to a heated argument between the two.
Returned in anger, carried out a deadly attack
After the argument, accused Sunil went to his home and after some time along with his brother Sushil and father Mahendrapal Gangwar came back to the shop with a hoe. As soon as they reached the shop, the accused again had an altercation with Shripal. Meanwhile, angry Sunil attacked the elderly shopkeeper with a spade.
Death during treatment in hospital
In the attack, the spade hit Shripal directly on his thigh, due to which he bled severely and fell down. After receiving the information, the police reached the spot and immediately took him to Barkheda Community Health Centre. After his condition became very serious, the doctors referred him to the Higher Medical Center in Bareilly for better treatment, where he died during treatment.
Barkheda police station in-charge Satyendra Kumar said that on the complaint of the relatives of the deceased, an FIR has been registered in the police station under relevant sections. Taking prompt action, the police arrested the three named accused – Sunil Kumar alias Bhola, his brother Sushil and father Mahendrapal Gangwar. At present, the police is interrogating the accused and further legal action in the case is going on at a fast pace.
Cousin sister murdered and body was thrown in a suitcase
In another news, a sensational case of murder came to light from Delhi yesterday. 17 year old due to family dispute The girl was murdered by her cousin and her body was stuffed in a suitcase and thrown in a deserted area of Burari. The police arrested the accused on Tuesday. The accused is a resident of Bihar and used to work as a mason while living in Mukundpur area of Delhi.
