Bihar School Crime: A very sensational case has come to light from Buxar district of Bihar. Here two teachers have been accused of raping about 12 minor girl students and making their video viral. This incident of tarnishing the temple of education happened in Dumraon block of the state. It is alleged that two teachers here raped 12 girl students and then made their video viral on social media.
There was a stir in the area after the video went viral. The angry villagers beat both the accused teachers fiercely. The situation could be brought under control after police and administrative officials reached the spot. Both the accused teachers have been suspended with immediate effect. Understanding the seriousness of the matter, the District Education Department has taken this action.
Case registered under POCSO Act
A case has been registered against both the accused under POCSO Act. Raids are being conducted. The video of this incident went viral three days ago, after which family members and local people came to know about the matter. Whereas for the last several months, the accused teachers were making the girl students victims of lust. They were also making obscene videos of him.
What did SP Shubham Arya and in-charge DSP tell?
As soon as the villagers got information about this incident, they became angry and after reaching the school, they surrounded the two teachers and beat them up. The police of Krishna Brahma police station have registered a case on the basis of the application of the family members. According to Buxar SP Shubham Arya and in-charge DSP Sameer Kumar Singh, an FIR has been registered.
On the basis of viral video and statements of family members, a case has been registered under serious sections including POCSO Act. Strict legal action is being taken.
