Students in Uttar Pradesh will now get more than just classroom education. They will also have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced government officers about careers, competitive exams and higher education.
The Yogi government is preparing to launch a new initiative under which IAS, IPS and IFS officers will visit schools every month and interact directly with students. District-Level Schedule Will Be Prepared
To ensure that the programme runs smoothly, District Magistrates (DMs) will prepare a monthly schedule for visits by officers to schools.
The District Inspector of Schools (DIOS) will coordinate between schools and the visiting officers and ensure that the programmes are conducted properly.
The Divisional Commissioners will review the overall implementation of the initiative.
A monthly report regarding the implementation of the programme will also have to be submitted to the government by the 5th of every month.
