OJEE NEET Rank List: OJEE has released the provisional merit list of Odisha NEET UG 2026 on ojee.nic.in. Aman Kumar Nayak topped the list of Odisha state by securing All India Rank (AIR) 80.
OJEE NEET Rank List MBBS BDS Admission 2026: An important update has emerged for the candidates dreaming of taking admission in MBBS and BDS courses in medical and dental colleges of Odisha. Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Committee has released the state level provisional merit list of qualified candidates who qualified NEET-UG (NEET-UG 2026) for the academic year 2026-27 on the official website ojee.nic.in.
Students of the state who had registered for admission on 85 percent state quota seats can now check their state rank, all India rank and category in PDF form.
Rank 80 Aman Kumar Nayak became state topper
According to the NEET UG rank list released by OJEE, students from Odisha have performed brilliantly at the national level. Aman Kumar Nayak topped the list of Odisha state by securing All India Rank (AIR) 80. After this, All India Rank is second in 225 states. All India Rank 462 has got the third place. A total of 6217 students’ names are included in the Odisha NEET UG provisional merit list.
Cut-off marks for different categories
As per the data released by NTA, the eligibility cut-off scores for the academic year 2026-27 have been determined as follows:
Unreserved and EWS (UR/EWS): 50th percentile, cut-off score 213 to 715
OBC, SC, ST: 40th percentile, cut-off score 177 to 212
Disabled Candidates (UR/EWS-PwD): 45th percentile, cut-off score 194 to 212
OBC-Disabled and SC-Disabled: Cut-off score 177 to 193
ST-PwD: Cut-off score 177 to 191
Counseling Schedule and Important Dates
As per the official counseling schedule released by the OJEE committee:
Provisional Merit List Release Date: 13 August 2026
Deadline for filing objections/grievances: 14 August 2026 (by 11:30 am)
Final State Merit List: 14 August 2026 (5:00 PM)
Online Choice Filling and Locking: 14th August (8:30 PM) to 17th August 2026 (11:59 PM)
Round 1 Provisional Seat Allotment Result: 19 August 2026 (5:00 PM)
Major improvements in the counseling process
The Central Government and the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) have made the counseling process very easy and digital for students this year:
Single Physical Reporting: Now there will be no need to visit the college again and again, one will have to report only at the last allotted college.
Online Float and Upgradation: The process of seat upgrade or opting for float option till Round 3 will be completely online.
Online Documents and Withdrawal: Document verification will be online and seat withdrawal facility will also be available on the portal.
Disabled (PwD) and NRI Quota: The evaluation centers for disabled candidates have been increased from 16 to 61 and the registration for NRI quota has also been made completely digital.
