RRB NTPC UG Cutoff 2026 Zone Wise: Railway Recruitment Board has released NTPC Undergraduate CBT 1 Result (RRB NTPC UG CBT 1 Result). With the release of the results, the region wise cutoff has also been released. Candidates can check the result and cutoff by visiting their RRB website. The roll numbers of the candidates who have qualified for the Second Stage CBT are given in the PDF file of the result. CBT-1 passed candidates will now have to appear for CBT 2 which will be held from 17th September 2026. According to the notification issued by RRB, the city intimation slip for the candidates who qualify for the CBT 2 exam will be issued 10 days before the exam date, so that the candidates can prepare for their journey by getting information about the exam city. Admit cards for all the candidates will be issued 4 days before the exam date.
A total of 3,058 vacancies will be filled through RRB NTPC Undergraduate Recruitment. These recruitments will be on the posts of Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Clerk cum Typist, Railway Clerk.

cbt 2 exam pattern
MCQ type 120 questions will be asked from the candidates in CBT II exam. In the paper, 50 questions will be asked from General Awareness, 35 questions from Mathematics and 35 questions from General Intelligence and Reasoning. Candidates will be given one and a half hour i.e. 90 minutes time to solve the paper. For every correct answer, candidates will get 1 mark and for every wrong answer, 1/3 mark will be deducted.
Aadhar-Linked Biometric Verification
Aadhaar linked biometric authentication of the candidates will be done at the examination center before entering the examination hall.
For this, it is mandatory for the candidates to bring their original Aadhaar Card or e-verified Aadhaar Printout.
To ensure smooth entry, candidates are advised to verify their Aadhaar well in advance by logging in to www.rrbapply.gov.in using their credentials.
Instructions to keep Aadhaar unlocked (Aadhaar Unlock Condition)
Candidates who had verified their Aadhaar at the time of application submission are also advised to ensure that their Aadhaar is in unlocked status in the UIDAI system before coming to the examination centre. This will not cause any inconvenience in the procedures related to registration and examination on the day of examination.
Updating of Aadhaar Card (Aadhaar Card Details)
Aadhar Card of the candidates should be updated with the following information:
Correct name and date of birth (as per class 10th certificate).
Latest photograph and biometrics (if not updated after attaining the age of 14 years).
Correct address and father’s name.
