Samastipur crime news: A heart-wrenching incident has come to light in Samastipur district of Bihar. A husband shot his wife dead in Chakalalshahi village of Halai police station area. As soon as information about the incident was received, police reached the spot. The woman has been identified as Manjula Kumari, wife of Suraj Sahni, resident of Chakalalshahi village. His age is said to be around 26 years. The woman also has three children.

During this time, the news of the woman being shot came to light. The people present at the program are said to have not even heard the sound of the gunshot. The family members immediately took the injured woman to Samastipur Sadar Hospital. Doctor Jibach Sah, on duty, declared the woman dead after preliminary investigation.
Family members accused husband
According to Halai police station, the family members have accused the woman’s husband of shooting her. ASI Dinesh Sah posted at the police station said that the woman had bullet wounds in her body and the statement of her family members was being taken. Police have started the process of sending the body for post-mortem. Police say that after registering the FIR, further legal action will be taken.

The deceased’s brother claimed that his sister had earlier also been threatened with shooting by her husband. According to the brother, a few days ago, during the marriage of the younger sister, there was an uproar over some dispute between the brother-in-law and the brother-in-law.
