US President Donald Trump has nominated Kimberly Greenwood, wife of Lee Greenwood, singer of his favorite and famous patriotic song ‘God Bless the USA’, for the post of US Ambassador to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean countries. Apart from Kimberly, the Trump administration has sent the list of people nominated for many other ambassadorial posts to the US Senate.
Now Senate approval will be required for the appointment of Kimberly Greenwood. If confirmed by the US Senate, Kimberly will simultaneously serve as US Ambassador to Barbados, as well as to the Caribbean countries of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

They will not receive any separate salary for these additional responsibilities.
