According to the schedule released by CSBC, the driving efficiency test for Bihar Police Driver Constable Recruitment will start from 24 August 2026.
An important update has come out regarding Bihar Police Driver Constable Recruitment 2025. The recruitment process has now reached the next stage. Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment), Bihar i.e. CSBC has released the e-admit card for Driving Efficiency Test (DET) on 10th August itself. Candidates who have been declared qualified for DET can download their admit card by visiting the official website of CSBC csbc.bihar.gov.in. Through this recruitment drive, appointments are to be made on 4361 posts of Driver Constable in Bihar Police. After the written examination and physical efficiency test, now the qualified candidates will have to appear in the driving efficiency test.
11847 candidates qualified for DET
As part of the recruitment process, the successful candidates in the written examination were called for the next stage. A total of 15516 candidates were selected to join DET. After completion of the process, now 11847 candidates have been considered eligible for the Driving Efficiency Test. DET is an important stage of this recruitment as the actual driving ability of the candidates will be tested in it. Candidates will have to prove their driving proficiency by driving the vehicle as per the prescribed standards.

After submission your admit card will appear on the screen.
Download the admit card and keep its printout safe for future reference.
What to do if admit card is not downloaded?
If any candidate faces difficulty in downloading the e-admit card due to technical reasons, there is no need to worry. Such candidates can obtain the duplicate admit card by reaching the CSBC office on 21st or 22nd August 2026. For this, the candidate will have to go to CSBC office in Patna at his own expense. Office address is Back Harding Road Near Secretariat Hall, Patna-800001. The facility of duplicate admit card will be available from 10 am to 5 pm on both these days.
