Because Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission i.e. UPSSSC has started the recruitment process for the posts of Veterinary Pharmacist under the Directorate of Animal Husbandry. A total of 1308 posts are to be recruited under this recruitment drive. The application process for this recruitment has started from 14th September. How many posts in which category?
As already mentioned, recruitment is to be done on 1308 posts of Veterinary Pharmacist under the Directorate of Animal Husbandry. Different posts are included for different categories. There are 576 posts for unreserved category, 237 for Scheduled Caste, six for Scheduled Tribe, 359 for Other Backward Class and 130 for economically weaker section.
Required eligibility for recruitment
For recruitment, along with high school and intermediate examination, one should have two years and three months diploma in Veterinary Pharmacy from a university or institution established by law. Must be registered with the competent council or institution. People between 18 to 40 years of age will be eligible to apply. The written examination will be of two hours for 100 marks. Four marks questions will be asked related to the physical structure of animals and poultry.

There will be questions of five marks each related to introduction to animal husbandry management, introduction to breeds and economic qualities. There will be questions on Animal Physiology four marks, Fundamentals of Clinical Pathology and Basic Parasitology three marks each, Pharmacology five marks, Biochemistry four marks, Clinical Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Clinical Pharmacy five marks each.
Initial surgical procedures will be asked for four marks, pharmacist legal rules and pharma management and extension for five marks each, hospital practice training for three marks and computer related information for 15 marks and questions about UP will be asked for 20 marks.
